you either love squats or hate them. you dont need to do a lot of squats to reap the benefits. that burning in yr quads and hamstrings will surely tell you that. here are 5 types of squats to add variation to your routine.
1. box squat - up the level of yr training by jumping onto a step or bench (make sure its stable!)
2. bulgarian squat - train your balance as you try to squat on one leg.
3. hindu / jump squat - increase knee strength by lifting off before you land in a squat
4. overhead squat - hands above your heads to train upper body and keeping yr back straight
5. pistol squat - leg killer. balance on one leg and squat. only for advanced.
